Terms of Use

These terms cover the current development demo. Payments and cashouts are unavailable. Operator identity, contact details, official promotional rules, and public-launch terms must be finalized before public release.
1. Who may use Nexttal
You must be at least 18, reside in an eligible US state, and access the service from an eligible US state. Access is unavailable in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia. Other countries, US territories, and the District of Columbia are not enabled in this demo. Eligibility is subject to applicable law; access to this demo does not establish eligibility for any future paid service.
2. Your account
Provide accurate name, date of birth, phone number, email, and address. Maintain one account per person, protect your password, and do not share, sell, or transfer access. Each email and phone number may be used for only one account. People who share an address may register separately using their own details. Email verification is required to play; phone numbers are not currently verified. Contact support about inaccurate account details or suspected unauthorized access.
3. GC and SC in this demo
Gold Coins (GC) are entertainment credits with no cash value. Sweeps Coins (SC) are development credits in this version; they cannot currently be bought, transferred, or redeemed for money or prizes. Package listings preview planned amounts and cannot be purchased. Demo balances do not create an entitlement to future money, prizes, or production balances.
4. Games and rewards
Read each game's displayed rules, bet limits, and payout information before playing. Results and balances are determined and recorded by the server. RTP describes an expected long-run return, not a promise for any session; Blackjack returns depend on play decisions. Payouts round down to two decimal places. A completed result remains valid if an animation or connection is interrupted; use result recovery instead of placing a replacement bet.
The daily reward is available once every 24 hours. Bonus codes are subject to their expiry, total claim limit, and one claim per account. SC rewards, including owner credits and bonus codes, add a five-times wagering requirement; only settled SC stakes count. GC stakes do not count. The displayed future cashout policy requires at least 100 SC and manual review, but cashouts remain disabled. Future promotions and purchases require their own published rules before activation.
5. Fair use
Do not create duplicate accounts, falsify details, bypass location restrictions, use another person's account, manipulate requests or balances, exploit errors, or interfere with the service. Do not use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location. Report suspected errors to support. Accounts suspected of abuse may be restricted while the issue is reviewed. Corrections to demonstrably erroneous demo credits must be documented, and questions may be raised with support.
6. Service availability and changes
This is software under development and may experience errors or interruptions. We may update games, limits, promotions, or these terms. Updated rules apply to new rounds; already started Blackjack hands retain their saved rules. Material terms updates require renewed acceptance before further play. Development accounts or credits may be reset before a production launch, with notice when reasonably practicable.
7. Play responsibly and get help
Play for entertainment. Take breaks and stop if play causes distress or interferes with your responsibilities. Contact support if you need help with your account or want to stop using it. The “Support Agent AI” panel is an automated guide to Discord, not a human agent or an emergency service. Public-launch account limits and self-exclusion arrangements are not yet implemented.
8. Data notice for this demo
We store the registration details you submit, a password hash, your email verification status, your public account ID, terms acceptance, preferences, balances, game history, reward claims, and account activity needed to run and protect the service. Your password is not stored as plain text. Phone numbers, addresses, and birthdays are personal information and are stored in the private application database; they are not shown to other players. Identity checks in this demo are based on your submitted details and do not verify your real identity.
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. The server uses your connection's IP address for rate limiting and location checks against a locally installed geolocation database. IP location can be inaccurate and may prevent access; contact support about errors. No precise browser GPS location is requested. If you follow the Discord link, Discord processes your information under its own policies. Do not post your password, home address, date of birth, or private verification links in Discord.
Contact support through the in-app Support panel for access, correction, or deletion requests. A production privacy policy must identify the legal operator, applicable retention periods, rights and contact process, and service providers before public release. These demo terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
